Job Description

We are looking for an office manager to join a lovely charity in South West London on an ongoing temporary basis, expected to last at least 12 weeks. The charity has been in operation for over 100 years and is looking for an experienced office manager to assist them in the management of their delightful South London building.

About the Role:

  • To organise and manage the office, supervising staff, managing the budget, liaising with contractors and visitors
  • Organise staff rotas and leave
  • Ordering all supplies for the office
  • Monitoring credit card usage and all money used by the charity on a daily basis
  • Answering all enquiries, taking bookings for the charity and general front of house duties
  • Liaising with contractors to organise repairs and maintenance of the office

This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain administrative experience, particularly within the charities sector and will offer a great environment to work in during!

About You

As the successful office manager you will be:

  • Experienced of office management or similar administrative position
  • Great attention to detail and ability to effectively plan multiple tasks
  • Approachable and friendly
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible with regards to work
