Job Description

A fantastic International events company are looking for a Telesales Executive to join their Business Development team. An immediate start, this Telesales role, is based in fantastic offices, 5 mins from Tube & Rail in south-west London. The working hours are 9.00-5.30 Monday to Friday only -no evenings or weekends! Paying £22-28k + Commission+ Benefits

Our exciting telesales opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking for a more consultative business development position .Ideally, you will have 6 months of telesales or telemarketing experience and are now looking for the next step in your career in a growing company with fantastic team support, training and growth, which offers great career opportunities.

About the Role

  • As the successful Sales Executive you will be calling warm client leads
  • Acquiring senior level delegates for leading company events
  • Creating a business network and developing leads via proactive research and sourcing
  • Building strong relationships with potential businesses
  • Meeting and exceeding sales activity targets including KPI’s and revenue targets
  • Attending industry events and networking with high-profile individuals
  • Providing excellent post-event client care

About you will

  • Have at least 6 months experience in a telesales or telemarketing role
  • Be experienced in a client-facing role
  • Be happy calling 30-40 clients per day
  • Sourcing & developing new business leads
  • Possess enthusiasm and drive to actively grow your own desk and achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

Pay, Hours and Benefits

  • You will be paid a base salary of £22,000 - £28,000 with a minimum OTE of £45,000
  • 25 days annual leave
