Job Description

A company based in South West London is looking for a Switchboard and Office Manager to manage and oversee a busy team in providing a great service to their customers and clients. This is a busy role in a well-established company. We are looking for someone who wants to work for a high-quality brand with exceptional customer service and a great reputation for quality. You will be required to directly manage a team of 5 consisting of switchboard operators and receptionists. You will also be working directly with the management team throughout the company.

As the successful candidate you will be required to carry out the following:

  • Answer incoming calls, greeting callers, providing information, transferring calls.
  • Manage a team, including adequate resourcing, holidays, performance reviews.
  • Ensuring that all key reports and documentation are completed to a high quality.
  • Manage and monitor quality of service and input into and identify training requirements.
  • Manage and operate a number of IT and communication systems.
  • General office duties and administration such as post, stationary etc.

We are looking for someone with switchboard and working with high volume calls experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to work as a team player and work independently. Analytical, organisational, communication, listening and skills are required.

This is a great role with an immediate start in a fantastic established company based in smart offices. The hours are 8.30am-5.30pm- no evenings or weekends! The salary is £26K-£30K.
