Job Description

A market leading, innovative and pioneering company are looking to hire an experienced Sales Assistant to join their Showroom in Golders Green. The successful and impressive company have been operating for over 50 years and have won a huge number of industry awards in their time. 

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm and 9am – 1pm, Saturdays). Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 per annum. 

For this role you will be well presented, a great communicator and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. This is not your typical sales advisor role as the hours are more structured so no late nights are required! 

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for: 

• Liaising with clients face to face, over the phone and email to resolve any queries or to confirm orders. 
• Learning product range and how they function. 
• Providing customers with the right details and information to conclude sales. 
• Booking appointments for customers through the sales department in Head office. 
• General administration support. 
• Keeping track of pending customer orders. 
• Working as part of a team to ensure the show room is operating at its highest level.
