Job Description

A company who specialise in putting on trade shows within the retail sector, attracting some of the world’s most renowned retail companies are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Executive to help the team across all their shows. The successful individual will help plan, organise and execute the large-scale year round marketing campaign. 

The events take place in various locations across Europe, and as the right individual for the role you will have proven results of B2B events marketing both on and offline, you will learn from a nurturing marketing manager, working alongside one another you will deliver core features of the show’s marketing whilst remaining within budget and increasing visitor numbers!

You will have the following key responsibilities 

• Manage and update the marketing schedule ensuring the deadlines are met 
• Plan and manage the media schedule including partners activity, internal and external activities 
• Assist and support the brand consistency across all events of the group 
• Define and write campaign/ creative briefs based on the marketing plan and objectives 
• Manage creative (on and offline assets) through all stages of design, proofing and production and coordinate the delivery of the different executions 
• Coordination and management of the different marketing agencies used across all events (creative, digital, direct marketing etc.) 
• Develop and manage media partnerships and maintain relationships with the partners. 
• Assist on exhibitor management and support 
• Data analysis and database management 
• Analysis of marketing campaigns, KPIs and results 
• Website SE optimization and website performance management 
• Plan, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns including acquisition, conversion and re-marketing (SEM – Social Media – SEO) 
• Campaign coordination - Ensure consistency of the campaign across channels including Social media, SEM and SEO 
• Maintain and update tracking documents to enable marketing performance measurement, tracking and reporting 
• Adapt and write and produce relevant content to be promoted across different marketing channels 
• Plan, write and execute the email marketing campaign 

Ideally you will have knowledge of events or trade shows, as well as digital marketing tools including SEM, CMS, GA, & social media platforms 

Working hours Monday to Friday: 9am – 5.30pm, with a work hard, play hard attitude the team often celebrate success together at after work events.
