Job Description

Sales Negotiator - Boutique Property Agency based in SW London! Basic Salary of up to £22k per annum with realistic 1st year OTE of £30k+ & Stylish Company Car. They have a fantastic training scheme & an amazing property portfolio making this a very sought-after opportunity!

For almost 40 years, this agency has become a go-to for renters, 1st time buyers and people looking buy/sell property at £3m+. Now, as a result of growth, they are looking for an ambitious, resilient and charismatic Sales Negotiator to join their team and play a key role in hitting company sales targets!

As the successful Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Successfully negotiating offers and hitting quarterly sales targets.
  • Being the first point-of-contact for any sales related enquiries.
  • Qualifying new buyers via phone & face-to-face.
  • Successfully bringing on new properties to sell.
  • Coordinating & completing viewings.
  • Driving business forward and hitting targets.
  • Generating valuations.

To be successful as the new Sales Negotiator you will:

  • Have worked in a sales role before (preferably in the property industry).
  • Have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Be able to drive with a full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Be well-presented and articulate.
  • Have a desire to hit and exceed sales targets whilst being a professional face of the brand.

Salary, benefits & working hours:

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £22k per annum dependent on experience. You will also be put on the generous commission scheme from day 1 with a realistic 1st year OTE of circa £35k. In addition you will receive a whole host of other benefits which can be discussed on application. The working hours for this role are Mon-Sat (5 day week with day off in lieu) 08.45-18.00.
