A leading tech company based in an accessible area of London are looking for you to become their next Sales Coordinator! For over 20 years they have been providing innovative, luxury tech solutions, winning multiple awards in the process. As the successful Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with sales enquiries for new and existing clients.
- Supporting the Sales Team in creating sales documents including quotes and proposals.
- Briefing designers and technical teams as part of the quote process.
- Creating Client Specification documents in line with quotes.
- Producing Risk Assessments and Specification documents.
- Assisting with creating of User Guides and Client Handover documents.
To be successful as the new Sales Coordinator you will:
- Have a technical or design background.
- Be interested in junior product management.
- Show strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Have a great attention to detail, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm.
- Be able to multitask and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Have great communication and organisational skills.
Salary & Benefits:
