Job Description
A privately owned property developer based in London is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support two of their directors. The company has been established for over 30 years and provides a range of in-house development solutions including site acquisition, project management, design, construction, marketing and sales.
Your main responsibilities will be:
*Diary management
*Arranging appointments on behalf of the Chairman
*Drafting letters & emails
*Email management
*Booking travel - National and International
*General ad hoc expenses
*Filing documents
*Going on site visits as required
The Chairman is very proud to support a number of charities based across Africa and South America which build new schools, churches and hospitals. As part of your role, you will be liaising with UK based architects on developments and email discussion with people out on site in those countries.
Ideally, you will:
*Have strong IT skills including Excel, word and typing
*Be able to work independently
*Have previous experience in a similar role
*Demonstrate initiative
You will receive a competitive salary of £32- 38K p.a. while working for a group that has a proven track record of project delivery , growth and profitability both in the private and public sector.
Although working hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 5:30pm, the company is willing to make them flexible for the right individual.
The office is located within walking distance of St. Margaret's station
