Job Description

A successful property management company are looking to hire an exceptional P/T administrator to join their small team. You will be available to work from 9am – 6pm, 3 days a week Wednesday to Friday and help assist with the smooth running of the office. 

The well-established company have been working in South West London for more than 25 years and are well respected within their field. 

As the successful part-time Office Administrator you will have a range of responsibilities 

• Receiving incoming calls, dealing with any queries and transferring calls to the relevant department 
• Meeting and greeting visitors to the office – providing/offering drinks 
• Setting up meeting rooms as required for senior management 
• Basic letter writing using MS Word 
• Data entry and other tasks on MS Excel 
• Stationary orders 
• Ad hoc administration work depending upon the teams requirements 

Ideally you will have experience working within an office environment, live locally to the Putney area and be happy to commit to working 3 days a week on a permanent basis. 

In return you will be offered a salary of between £20-23k pro rata depending upon experience, pension contribution + annual holiday allowance.
