please note this will vary and change as the company grows and you bring new ideas to the table.A dynamic recruitment firm based in Fulham are looking to hire an experienced Office Manager with the view to come in and improve the overall efficiency of the business. The growing company have been established for 10 years and will be receptive and open to new ideas that the Office Manager will bring.

The role is newly created and will suit you if you’re smart, proactive and have a genuine passion for improve process and efficiency within a professional office environment.

As the successful Office Manager you will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Arranging interviews for our candidates
  • Managing the in-house database, adding CVs, formatting CVs etc
  • Organising company events such as annual ski trip, quarterly lunches and summer events
  • Spreadsheet maintenance - tracking interviews, CVS sent out to clients (plus chase consultants for the information)
  • Website management + maintenance (content, blogs, videos, link to social media platforms)
  • Dealing with consultants expenses
  • Chasing invoices from clients
  • Updating whiteboards / deal sheets
  • Monitoring the holiday calendar
  • Manage the MD’s calendar
  • General office procurement - ordering stationary etc
  • Help with internal recruitment - identify candidates and conduct 1st round interviews

In return you will be offered a salary of £30k - £40k depending upon your level of experience, working hours of Monday to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm, pension scheme, staff holidays and many more benefits!
