Job Description

A well-established family run gift company based in Wimbledon, South West London are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking for the next step in your career. Starting immediately, offering an amazing salary of £23K rising to £25K this role is perfect for you if you want to join a company which works with many prestigious clients. This is a fantastic varied role with no weekend work! This role is ideal for a back to work parent with the company offering free parking.

As the successful Office Administrator you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Liaising with the UK based distribution centre.
  • Updating the database and organising mail shots of new and existing products.
  • Creating ideas to help drive the company forward to increase sales and profitability.
  • Website update and maintenance.
  • Liaising with 23 different UK book publishers to select and buy books to sell.
  • Revamping the social media pages.
  • Processing invoices on Sage Line 50.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Producing and sending email marketing campaigns using MailChimp and Campaign Monitor.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Confident in dealing with customers over the phone.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Organisational skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Packages.
