A large global company based in central London are looking for a New Business Development Manager who speaks fluent Dutch to join its successful sales team. This company assist in the recruitment process of other business to ensure a thorough screening is complete on all new employees which results in an informed decision is being made on all new hires.
This company are looking for someone who is extremely sales and target oriented and ready to take on a new challenge! This is a fulltime position paying between £40k - £50k a year with a realistic OTE of around £80k -£100k p/a. This position is based in London but you will be required to travel to Holland and Nordic region.
The role of the New Business Development Manager is to:
- Manage the Nordic region in order to proactively generate their own leads which are done through general research, marketing campaigns, personal contacts, using social media and cold calling.
- Work within other areas of the business to ensure a smooth transition from the point of sales to live processing that will ultimately enhance the client experience.
- Achieve targets as set out in the sales quota plan.
To be successful in the role you will have previous B2B sales experience, knowledge of screening marketing and familiarity with legislation s relating to employment screening, data protection and security.
You will also have good IT skills - Office Suite and Social Media, have a confident and engaging approach to presentations and clients.
