Job Description

Are you an experienced events marketing assistant looking for your next step? Do you want to work for one of the most well-established events companies in the UK ? Do you want to travel to international events attended by some of the most exclusive companies in the world?

We are looking for an experienced marketing executive to join one of the most high-profile companies within the events business. You will be in charge of the complete marketing process from conception to execution and will have the opportunity to be creatively flexible with your approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to be responsible for the delivery of the market strategy across hugely successful events and will allow you great scope for professional growth within marketing.

About the Role:

As the successful senior marketing executive you will be:

  • Planning campaigns across all media advertising, email, social media and PR
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality with all material
  • Increase the awareness of the brands, products and profitable growth
  • Creating and implementing communications strategy for visitors & exhibitors
  • Work closely with the sales team to produce exhibitor marketing guides
  • Manage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and to build partnerships with relevant industry partners
  • Lead on-campus promotions at universities across the UK
  • Assisting with managing and training junior marketing team members
  • Attending our industry events

About you

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2 years of marketing experience within the events industry
  • A degree in Marketing/English is desirable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Great communication skills

Pay, Salary and Benefits:

  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30
  • In return you will be offered a salary of £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
  • 28 days holiday
