We are currently looking for a motivated Legal Administrator to join our fantastic team in West London. This excellent role is offering a competitive salary of £22K-£25K plus outstanding benefits. The successful Legal Administrator will undertake a range of practical tasks, which offers the opportunity to explore areas of business development and to manage projects assisting the expansion of the company.
As the successful Legal Administrator you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Carry out office administration duties which will include writing letters and billings.
- Arrange case files and also attend court inquests when required.
- Provide support to both barristers and solicitors.
- Proofread documents and also write up documents drafts.
- Schedule meetings and respond to telephone queries.
- Construct relationships with clients and offer legal assistance.
- Write reports and also conduct any legal research.
As the successful Legal Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
- A Law Degree/CILEx/LPC or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Land Law.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Brilliant attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (especially Word and Excel).
- Outgoing personality with a team player attitude.
This wonderful role is Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm with a competitive salary of up to £22K-£25K plus the lovely benefits the company offers including, Summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
