Job Description

A small, independently run business are seeking to hire a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing business. With turnover currently operating at £800k and plans to grow this to £3million by 2020, it is an exciting time to be joining the firm.

Reporting directly into the Operations Director you will have a large number of responsibilities within the business, divided into 3 sections. Working alongside industry experts you will benefit from working alongside a team of world class Financial Planners

Business Processing

  • Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
  • Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Record fees
  • Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
  • Production of portfolio valuations
  • Ensure fund switches / rebalances are carried out accurately

Client Servicing

  • Provide friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
  • Create and maintain accurate client records on back office systems
  • Prepare client documentation and correspondence pre and post meetings
  • Organise and diarise client meetings

Reviews

  • Organise client review meetings as per annual review process
  • Prepare client review documentation as per the annual review process
  • Support FPs in delivery of reviews

In return for your work and knowledge you will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £32-38k depending upon experience + a discretionary bonus. The experience and skills we are looking for include:

  • Knowledge of Financial Services Products
  • Experience working within a financial planning environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain client trust
  • Knowledge of financial services back office systems
  • Knowledge of Intelliflo would be an advantage

Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 although these are flexible for the right individual
