Job Description
A small, independently run business are seeking to hire a Financial Services Administrator to join their growing business. With turnover currently operating at £800k and plans to grow this to £3million by 2020, it is an exciting time to be joining the firm.
Reporting directly into the Operations Director you will have a large number of responsibilities within the business, divided into 3 sections. Working alongside industry experts you will benefit from working alongside a team of world class Financial Planners
Business Processing
- Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
- Ensure that all business applications are processed accurately and efficiently
- Record fees
- Liaise with product providers to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients
- Production of portfolio valuations
- Ensure fund switches / rebalances are carried out accurately
Client Servicing
- Provide friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
- Create and maintain accurate client records on back office systems
- Prepare client documentation and correspondence pre and post meetings
- Organise and diarise client meetings
Reviews
- Organise client review meetings as per annual review process
- Prepare client review documentation as per the annual review process
- Support FPs in delivery of reviews
In return for your work and knowledge you will be rewarded with an excellent salary of £32-38k depending upon experience + a discretionary bonus. The experience and skills we are looking for include:
- Knowledge of Financial Services Products
- Experience working within a financial planning environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain client trust
- Knowledge of financial services back office systems
- Knowledge of Intelliflo would be an advantage
Hours Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:00 although these are flexible for the right individual
