Tired of commuting into the City or West End? A successful international company based in beautiful offices in Wimbledon are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their busy team. This role, offering a fantastic salary of £32K-£40K plus benefits is a great next step on the ladder for an ambitious EA who wants to make an impact in a new role.

As the successful Executive Assistant to two directors, you will be required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Organising international travel, accommodation, transfers and visas
  • Responsible for extensive diary management for the directors including arranging all appointments, conference calls and travel
  • Processing of correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes, and reports
  • Acting as first point of contact for the directors and responding to any queries
  • Planning cross border meetings, booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
  • Assisting with the director’s personal affairs such as, school fees, nannies and deliveries etc
  • Preparing, typing and compiling reports and presentations
  • Preparing monthly expenses report
  • Responding to letters and emails independently
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and managing follow up
  • Sorting, prioritising, and responding to directors electronic mail
  • Responsible for maintaining an efficient filing and record keeping system
  • Answering all telephone calls and logging of all calls for the directors, including independently managing calls where possible

The ideal Executive Assistant will have experience in the following:

  • Booking international travel including flights, hotels and transfers
  • Managing a busy diary, both work related and personal
  • Handling confidential information
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and oral
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually
