Are you an experienced administrator looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to work for a charity that gives back to the communities it operates within? Perhaps you’re hoping to secure a new role before the New Year?

We are looking to hire an Executive Administrator for an NPO based in West London. As the Executive Administrator you will be working directly with the CEO of the company, providing support to his daily operations as well as supporting the wider executive team. This role is perfect for someone who has 1-3 years of administrative experience who is now looking for a role to provide professional growth within a supportive and friendly environment.

About the Role
As the successful Executive Administrator you will be:

- Managing the CEO’s diary, organising domestic and international travel and processing expenses

- Occasionally travelling alongside the CEO to international meetings in order to provide administrative support

- Taking minutes within meetings, ensuring all notes are written up and distributed accordingly

- Attending meetings on behalf of the CEO to provide input and receive suitable feedback to pass on

- Draft correspondence and papers to be sent out to clients and internal stakeholders

- Provide administrative support to the Chair of Trustees

- Ensure that all executive meetings run smoothly through preparation of relevant materials

- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

About You

You will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Highly organised and structured with a great attention to detail

- Excellent planning skills with the ability to problem solve

- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills

- Ability to work independently

- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally

- 1-3 years within an office administrative environment

Pay, Hours and Benefits

This role is working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and in return you will be offered a salary of between £26,000 and £29,000 dependent on experience. In addition to this you will be entitled to the following benefits:
