We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic business development sales executives to join a fantastic firm in their buzzing high-rise west London offices. This role is perfect for someone with 6 months or more of telesales experience who is now looking for the next step in their career as it will offer fantastic support, training and growth.
As the successful delegate sales executive you will be:
- Acquiring senior level delegates for leading events
- Creating a network and leads through proactive research and sourcing
- Building strong relationships with potential delegates
- Meeting and exceeding sales activity targets including KPI’s and revenue targets
- Attending industry events and networking with high-profile individuals
- At least 6 months in a telesales environment
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial spirit
- An enthusiasm and drive to actively grow your own desk and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
Pay, Hours and Benefits
- You will be paid a base salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with a minimum OTE of £50,000
