Luxury Ski holiday company have an amazing opportunity for an inbound sales executive to join the customer service sales team. Ideally you will have experience skiing and have sales experience. Working in a buzzing, fast paced and friendly office you will be taking inbound calls from potential customers and sell them luxury ski holidays. The company have lively culture including amazing Christmas parties, Friday drinks, summer BBQ’s, team days out and much more!
Operational missions
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Maximize both direct and indirect sales, through an optimisation of your own performance in accordance with objectives
- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Contribute to the overall team productivity and sales development
Profile
- Ideally 6 months of call centre sales with Ski knowledge/specialist, long haul specialist and travel experience.
- Amazing communication skills (especially over the phone) and customer care skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Clear and friendly telephone voice
- Training sessions will be organised regularly to keep you up to date with our tools and processes
Basic salary £20,000 + commission OTE £35,000
