As the successful Office Assistant you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Dealing with email and telephone enquiries from customers
- Providing first class customer service in an efficient and timely manner
- Opening, sorting and dealing with the daily post
- Updating client accounts with new information
- Archiving relevant documentation on client accounts
- Setting up and closing down accounts on the company internal database
- Dealing with stock take and re-ordering stock when required
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Upon becoming the successful Admin Assistant you will be offered a starting salary of £18-£19k + permanent staff benefits. This role is an immediate start and this is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door of a fantastic organisation!
