Job Description

A market leading company in a unique and exciting industry are looking for administrative assistants to join their state of the art headquarters in South-West London. The organisation prides itself on working with huge brands and is renowned for conveying great outcomes in the majority of their undertakings.

Your responsibilities as the new Admin Assistant will include:

  • Providing general administrative support as and when required.
  • Assisting with reception duties including monitoring staff attendance.
  • Processing incoming/outgoing post and stamping.
  • Monitoring office supplies and processing orders accordingly.
  • Handling deliveries.
  • Keeping post room and store room clean and tidy.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers.
  • Acting as Fire Marshal or First Aider, if required.
  • Maintaining databases.
  • Booking and scheduling travel arrangements including transport, accommodation and visas.
  • Sorting out meetings and refreshments.
  • Preparing correspondence.
  • Liaising with customers, contractual workers and others by phone and face to face.

What you’ll need to succeed as the new AdminAssistant:

  • Focused mind-set, ambitious and a determined individual.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Confident in dealing with customers over the telephone with a professional demeanour.
  • Must work towards a high calibre of standards.
  • Maintain high attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Must have time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.

Hours, Salary and Benefits

  • The working hours are typically 40 hours per week, 5 days a week.
  • Monday to Friday starting time is at 8:30am and finishing time is at 5:30pm.
  • You will have a 1 hour lunch break each day.
  • In return you will be offered a salary of £20,000 + 20 day holidays + more!
