Job Description

A UK-based international media giant is expanding their Events team. The company is an established household name, having operated for over a century whilst winning multiple awards and playing a pivotal role in shaping the media landscape in the UK and across Europe and the globe. Based in a modern premises in Central London, well-connected to public transport and with an excellent welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Executive to lead the growing Events team! If you are a strategic thinker with a track record of the smooth running of high-quality events, then this is the role for you!

As the successful Client Services Executive, you will handle…

  • Create and test events for both scheduled and custom events as and when required for EMEA, Americas and APAC.
  • Ensure the smooth integration onto external virtual event platforms, including setting up data links prior to the integration; checking data flows; assisting with report running and liaising directly with the external provider.
  • Responding to internal and external enquiries/queries to always ensure a professional and responsive service across all event inboxes.
  • Management of day-to-day activities of the Client Services team and direct reports.
  • Assist the Head of Client Services to identify and apply efficiencies to ensure tasks are executed in the minimum time, while collaboratively working with the global Cventregistration platform to develop best practice.
  • Handle all elements of the customer journey for delegates, including registration, excellent onsite delegate experience, and ensuring all event analysis is carried out and recorded post-event.

As the successful Client Services Executive, you should have

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience within B2B events.
  • Technically minded and an ability to learn fast in a pressurised environment along with the ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of using Cventand Salesforcewould be preferable.
  • Experience of working front of house at events is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel in databases.
  • Flexibility to travel onsite to events both here in the UK and overseas for up to five days per trip during the calendar year (20%).
  • Previous experience of managing staff is preferable but not essential.

As the successful Client Services Executive you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 and a 15% bonus. In addition, you will be entitled to a 10% pension, private medical care, 25 days holiday (excl. Bank Holidays) and more! Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pmwith WFHoptions.
