Motivated and driven sales professionals are required for an established legal firm based in picturesque West London.

 

Role:

The successful applicants objective is to set secure appointments for advisors in the field through outbound warm calling. Working in an office environment, employees enjoy a friendly and supportive workplace, where individuals are recognised and encouraged to strive to reach their potential. Realistic career progression is provided and promotions are awarded quarterly to high performers. The successful applicant will be an integral part of company

 

Training and Pay:

The company will provide comprehensive training, coaching, mentoring and career advancement. The role pays an hourly rate of up to £9.00 plus an additional £4.00 per appointment set in an uncapped commission structure and loads of other incentives like “go home early targets”.

 

The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 2-9pm on a full time basis and every second Saturday 9am to 4pm.

Ideal Candidate:

Well spoken, easily build a rapport, have the ability to hold a conversation, positive attitude, well presented, professional, objection handle, resilient but not aggressive, polite, patient, target-driven. Previous telesales experience is desirable but not essential.
