High Level Bilingual Customer Service Role.

 

Our client is a successful company that provide Travel Insurance and Medical assistance to customer’s abroad.

The company are seeking bilingual (English) French or Spanish customer service professionals to join their existing Operations Team.

 

This is a unique opportunity for job seekers who can speak English to a mother tongue level and either a native French or Spanish speaker or who can speak French or Spanish fluently. This is a stable company that will provide the successful applicant with a permanent contract, the necessary training, ongoing development, frequent appraisals and other incentives and perks.

 

The ideal candidate:

 

A person who can speak English to a mother tongue level and/ native French OR Spanish or someone who can speak French or Spanish fluently.

Solid call centre experience, ideally 12 months OR/AND Travel Industry experience

Customer Service experience ideally working in a pressurised environment

Extremely well-spoken and well presented

Good verbal and written communication

Professional and proactive at all times

Meticulous and have high attention to detail

Empathetic, patient and diplomatic

Committed, flexible and adaptable

Lateral thinker

 

Role:

 

Responding to calls from customers who are requesting medical assistance from abroad and providing them with cost effective and customer focused solutions. This could include minor injuries to repatriation requests or queries.

 

Working hours and Salary:

The successful candidates will be expected to work a 35-hour week over a 7-day week (Monday to Sunday). This will include night shifts, which employees receive a £50.00 bonus for per night shift.

Starting salary of £17,500 basic to increase to £18,000 after probation
