Our client an International Management Consultancy specialising in Media Auditing are seeking an experienced, professional and well presented EA to support their Chairman based in their stunning location overlooking the River in South West London.
This full on support role will require the successful candidate to be able to organise and initiate the day to day running of this incredibly busy Chairman’s schedule which will incorporate intensive diary and meeting management, international travel itineraries, expenses as well as internal and external communications, face to face, via phone and emails.
A switched on PA with good experience of business and a solid PA background is required to be part of this fast moving and reactive consultancy. Fluency in a 2nd language is a definite advantage and an advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
Other aspects of this position will require liaising with the India office, making sure the “To Do” Book is kept up to date and adhered to, typing up and replying to emails and all correspondence in the required timeframe as well as taking note and minutes of meetings.
General and Office Managerial duties will include maintaining office presentation, supplies and budgets, stationary, food and bathroom supplies, ensuring that all maintenance and cleaning of the office is organised efficiently as well as managing and setting up new starters to the Office, keeping holiday and sickness charts up to date and making sure post, taxi’s and couriers are organised and dealt with in a timely manner.
