Bilingual | South West London | Customer Service | HQ00007603 | £9.00 per hour

Fantastic Role for Bilingual speakers: Native French, Italian, German and Spanish.

This is a great role for individuals who speak either of the languages above fluently and would like to work in a fun, sociable and professional work environment. The successful applicants will be working for one of the largest life insurance companies and will gain industry-leading training.

 

Working hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Saturday on a shift basis.

Role:

Bilingual position

Working for the largest life insurance company advisors will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and retaining customers through outbound calling.

Mixture of Inbound and Outbound calls.

Answering general enquiries

Deal with complaints via email and white mail

Process renewals and draw up new policies

An element of retention through outbound calling
